Katarzyna has been professionally associated with the life science industry for 10 years, from which nearly 5 years in running recruitment projects.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow in the field of Human Resource Management and the Jagiellonian University in the field of Psychology in Management. She devoted her master’s thesis to the recruitment and selection process in the life science industry. A graduate of postgraduate studies at the Tischner European University in the field of Human Resource Management.
Blanka possesses 10 years of professional experience at recruitment department, including 6 years of experience in running end-to-end selection process within an international environment. Graduated in Psychology from the Jagiellonian University. Completed 2-year Sociotherapy and Interpersonal Training Study, enabling acquirement of 1st class trainer of Interpersonal Training Section of the Polish Psychological Association recommendation.
At Selvita she is responsible for recruitment related to the area of biology and biochemistry. She also runs a variety of recruitment projects at Selvita’s administration teams.
Pamela started her professional career path in the recruitment field over 5 years ago. During this period she gained solid experience in leading international recruitment processes for the pharmaceutical and SSC&BPO sector.
She graduated Management at the Krakow Academy of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski.
Privately, Pamela is passionate about sourcing and the effective searching of passive candidates in the labor market using different tools. Also, she is willing to share her knowledge with others and has practical experience in conducting sourcing and HR training.
Currently, at Selvita, conducts recruitment processes related to the Chemistry, Business Development and Backoffice.
