Recruitment process

1 Application selection
Application selection

Send us your CV using a recruitment form. Every application is analyzed by experts, consisting of experienced members of the team you applied to. Please do remember, that the aim of the selection process at Selvita is to find the highest amount of candidates to extend our scientific teams. What does it mean? We are growing constantly, hiring employees on different levels of their careers. Our job advertisements are quite universal – we are able to propose the position tailored both to your experience and our needs after the selection process is fully completed. Do not hesitate to apply! We are also open to taking graduates on board. Junior scientists can count on extensive support as well as mentoring of senior members of the team.

2 Interview with recruitment team
Interview with recruitment team

During the selection process, you can count on a short phone/ online interview during which, we will ask some questions regarding your experience and knowledge. During the interview, the recruiter will also answer all of your questions.

3 Online test
Online test

In case of applying to both organic /medical chemistry and biology departments, you are going to receive an online test to complete. Our online test assesses basic scientific knowledge and you should complete it within a couple of days’ time.

4 F2F/ online interview with managers
F2F/ online interview with managers

We are keen to get to know you better during either 1-hour face to face or online interview. You are going to receive some questions regarding your experience and career aspirations. The meeting is also a chance for you to ask some important questions connected to the scope of future responsibilities and other important topics.

5 Reference check
Reference check

An additional stage, which is not mandatory for all departments. You can be asked to provide some contact details to your ex-co-worker or line manager with whom we will be able to check your references.

6 Offering meeting
Offering meeting

In case of positive results of the selection process, you are going to receive a job offer with all the details necessary to make a decision. You can also expect feedback on your application in case we decide to hire an alternate candidate.
